A seasoned business executive in the East African market, having led several Global Fortune 100 Tech multinationals to significant growth in the region.
Armed with a passionate drive for excellence that has become his brand for execution, Dr.Saggia focuses on growing local executive and management talent, top and medium sized enterprises and ensuring overall eco-system growth that interweaves global and local scenes,including working with Governments on strategic public assets.

As the Managing Partner of Titans D’Afrique it was Gilbert’s charge to steer the firm’s execution towards its vision of building the transformation of local African businesses, eco- system partnerships,and the globalisation agenda of companies and countries the Titans touch. Multi disciplined and widely read, Gilbert has spent over 20 years in the corporate world. Before Titans D’Afrique he was the Managing Director for SAP East Africa and before that the Managing Country Director for Oracle East Africa for 4years.

During his tenure, he championed growth across key segments especially in digital transformation of the public and private sector, and cloud technologies. Before joining Oracle in 2013,he was the regional manager for Cisco Systems responsible for the East African operation, where he had been since 2007, and prior to this, he was based in Belgium as a Sales and Solutions Manager with Siemens working for a wide region covering the Middle East and Africa,specifically Carrier Networks business. Previous to his expatriate role he was the Business Development Manager at Siemens Kenya & leader of the ICT business under Siemens Business Services for East Africa.

Dr. Gilbert Saggia holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi, and transitioned to Technology and Sales in various capacities. His other accomplishments are a Masters MBA Certification from Tulane University USA,among other strategic leadership and business qualifications. He is a member of various regional and international ICT forums ,and writes in regional periodicals and books especially “ICT in Healthcare
